This place was great! super reasonable in price. walkable to downtown Royal Oak. everything was super clean and well kept. rooms have been updated, but it is a classic motel vibe. park directly in front of your room, which I love. front desk clerk was great. little firepit outside was a very cool touch. Free breakfast sandwich and coffee in the a.m. until 11am. would definitely stay here again!
