The safety of Hotel Royal Oak guests and team members is our top priority. We are committed to following all guidelines and safety procedures provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) detailing how to identify COVID-19 symptoms and mitigate its transmission. We have also partnered with third parties, including Ecolab and other suppliers, to provide our hotel with industry-standard cleaning and disinfecting supplies, achieving the highest standards of cleanliness, disinfection, and hygiene.

Hotel Royal Oak has the following measures in place to ensure we’re meeting all of your travel needs without interruption:

Property Safety Features:

  • Individual outdoor private entrances – no elevators or hallways to share with other guests
  • Plexiglass shield installed at front desk – no contact check-ins also available
  • Single-use key cards
  • Removed all frequently touched literature from lobby & guest rooms – magazines, brochures, menus, fliers, notepads, books, etc…
  • No housekeeping service during stayovers – You are the only one who has access to your room during your stay; no housekeepers will be entering your room (fresh linens, towels, amenities will be provided at the front desk)

Enhanced Cleaning & Safety Procedures:

  • All employees required to engage in frequent handwashing, use of gloves & hand sanitizer
  • Hand sanitizer available for guest use at check-in counter
  • All Ecolabs cleaning supplies, laundry detergents and laundry sanitizers are EPA approved to kill the coronavirus; all linens washed & dried at highest heat setting recommended by manufacturer
